So according to the seller you could get any car older than 10 years old and put it in some home made death trap of a chassis, send the dvla the details and they'll give me a number plate - no questions (or tests asked) ? Yeah right.

As much as I can fit in the boot. Pretty much everything including jump leads and a power pack. Of course gaffer tape fixes most things so I have a roll of that too.

Electric fan for me. But I'm running a v6 so no room for a viscous. Also I doubt the original fan would make any difference to cooling given the civic radiator is much further away from the engine.

I've just installed an aluminium civic radiator on an angle in mine. Not tested yet though

Another reason why i made the tunnel side hinged! I can remove and re-install the prop on my own

I made an angle iron frame to strengthen the floor and bolt the seats to so the tunnel sides are just covers for the side of the tunnel now. I've never had any oil leak out once I removed the prop from the gearbox.

I fitted hinged side tunnel panels to my 2b. Lets me access the inside of the tunnel from the drivers side. I can also remove my prop shaft with the engine, gearbox and diff all in place.

I think If I was forced to meet the current emissions standard's then I would want a brand new current registration number rather than an age related plate. I can understand what they are trying to do but it just seems like a silly idea that won't work and just crush the kit car industry. Sending my response today.

Id go for squared off arches at the rear too. Keep the same style as the front.

I had a similar problem on mine. It might have been fuel vaporization in my fuel lines. I wrapped the fuel lines in pipe lagging and aluminium tape from any diy store and not had the problem since. Used to have to crank it for awhile until it fired. Now it fires straight away no problem. Might not be your problem as I run a v6 where the exhaust manifold was close to the lines and underbonet temperature was very high. May be worth a look at your lines though and see if they may be vaporizing the fuel.

I use Dewalt 18v driver myself. Never let me down. Bought an adapter to allow me to use it with screws as well as sockets. Mine has a socket head rather than a screw bit head so is stronger than getting a screw head driver with a socket adapter. Got it off ebay for a good price.

I was there both days but parked in broadgate on the Sunday. Great event despite the weather on Sunday. Really enjoyed it.

Kidderminster were great for me. Great tester there, Keith, I think his name was. Not a first time pass but lots of advice and help from him.

It's only a quarter of the actual video. The camera split it up into 7 1/2 minute clips. And yes your right about the location. This means the quality is recognizable. I was absolutely thrilled by its quality. I did wrap the Velcro strips around the camera just to make sure it didn't come out of its housing from bumps too.

I'm not sure I just dropped the video file into youtube. I think It's really good for the money
