Hi all…… my 2B has a mini wiper motor, like everything when I got the project was fitted sh*t, held on the frame with cable ties when I use the wipers they just shake about everywhere, what’s the best method of securing the motor to the frame, all ideas welcome thanks Shaun

I was having a look at this on eBay myself…… always find myself looking through, similar to how I got my 2B, turned out to be a good project…. As long you have a lot of spare garage time blood sweat and tears

You remember correctly My old 2B sliding pillar was awful, my new double wishbone is a lot better

I hope my 2B top I’m planning on making looks even 1 bit as good as yours, really well documented should make my work a lot easier

Hi guys has anybody made there over roof for a 2B, are they called Surrey tops? more of a sun shade then full wet weather gear, probably been asked a million times before, might as well try and get it done over winter while I have the time, if anyone has any photos or suggestions please let me know….cheap and cheerful if possible lol

A lot of the work I done wasn’t expensive really, just very time consuming to check and then double check everything again, the few bits I did need I managed to get cheap enough from eBay

I understand totally what your saying, I got my 2B as a project, and what a bad one it turned out to be, loose wires not tapped up, steering rack lose bolted on hand tight only 2 bolts holding my passenger seat in, engine sounded like a bag of spanners, loose wires also in engine bay touching the floor, how it ever passed a MOT I’ll never know, took so many hours to get it mechanically sound, only got the last few weeks of the good weather to enjoy…. Looks like you’ve done a lot of work to it

Hi guys I know it’s a old post….. what type of taxi heater is it, what model or year, there so many different types on eBay for ages of cabs….. I know a place that breaks them cheap, just don’t want to buy the wrong one

Does anyone have turbo alloys possibly array, or any other types, nothing to big have some terrible 17inch cheap nasty boy racer wheels on my 2b at the moment…. Need them off, thanks Shaun

I really hope we get some interest, I get Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and north Wales is a huge area, goes without saying really even members without fully build kits, or anyone with a interest in cars be great for them to come along
