  6. Problem solved it was the side vent touching the hose pushing side out so lifted hose up to curve off bonnet and it fits fine just a cut of a cable tie.Steve the B&Q was a good call they even do a curved bracket kit. Stephen
  7. 28mm copper plus a swept 90* bend one end & 28mm straight connector on t'other would give 31mm O/D plus if solder fittings used they will have a swaged ring which will prevent the hose pulling off. sounds ok do you have this ?   9. What a good day 13 1/2 hour day in the sunshine. It did get a bit steamy at times helps if you conect the rad fan back up after removing the rad to fit new wishbones. Thanks Ail for a great day out Stephen & Lesley

  12. Most ecu need to have the TPS settings in put. it is a variable resistor so need min and max setting. ie software will give a reading when closed and open you have to save. Stephen

  21. Hi nigel I have checked the Lead back to battery and have continuity using the original Ford cable. I was thinking of rewiring this to the starter motor and also rewiring the ignition feed what fuse should I use for this. Where could I get a new fused ignition feed from. stephen
