We met up HERE, Hornbeam Lane, What 3 words ///fewer.sedative.mountain (postcode LE15 9BF) last couple of years and it seemed to work well. It's a public road and it's on our route out of Uppingham. If we meet up there ready to depart at 11:00 am sharp then we should not be there more than 15 mins and should not upset the locals too much. We have tried to meet up and go into the centre together but we have been split up and not parked together anyway. Following the same route as last year, ie both loops, we will have enough time to stop off at the farm shop for essential supplies leaving at 12:45. Then its the the run down to Stilton for lunch at.......2:00pm. This is the same time as last year so we need to be away from the farm shop on time. Weather forecast is looking OK at the moment, should be a good first run out.

I will be there weather permitting!

I have had a reply rom the Bell and they are able to accommodate us. I will book a table or 11 at around 2pm. They are asking for a £5 deposit per person which I will pay. Also a pre order but the Spring Menu is not available yet, as soon as I get it I will send it out. I hope this is OK with everyone?

Well it looks like the Bell again, the Black Horse are not prepared to do lunch for a party of 11 or 12. I will contact the Bell today.

Looks like the Stilton Run is on for 24th April 2022. If there is enough interest I will arrange lunch either at the Bell Inn, Stilton, or somewhere else, for a change. Big thank you to all who made this a great day out. We had a cracking time meeting new people and old friends.

I found this article very useful when I had a Pinto running EFI. Ian's suggestion solved the cold idle problem I had too.

To make you aware of two seperate sets of delays. A46 and Coventry bypass road works. We went this way yesterday and there were major delays. Travelling from the North using Coventry Eastern Bypass, there are major road works at Binley Island. We queued from just after M6 Junction. Travelling from the south A46 Warwick bypass, single lane from M40 junction to A425 Junction which is just before Stonleigh. We were going south but hit traffic at this junction.

I think this is the same system as the pinto EFI. If you search EFI on this forum you will find how I solved issues.
