  2. Hi All, A great big thank you to the team who organised and brought all the gear to the site putting up the flags and banners so that the old people could find their way to the beddy-bye area. Seriously though a lot of precious time has gone into making the event possible and I think I can safely say that most people enjoyed the weekend. A special thank you whoever ordered the sunshine I think that they should be put on a retainer for next year. Hade a good ride home nice cuppa walk the dog shower bed in that order. Nice to see old friends and new ones. Till we meet happy hoodin or ROCAR safely. Great time Allan

  9. Hi Ryan. I would see if you have a steel fabricator nearbye who fabricates steel buildings as this is quite a common size for brace tubes and you may get offcuts cheaper. Its 139 dia CHS (circular hollow section) if you have a gusset on the outside put the seam under the weld. Best of luck with your venture. Best regards Allan

  11. Hi Daniel. Have you checked the crank senser mounting ,thats the ali piece which is installed on the flywheel side of the engine block, As there are two types one for auto and one for manual gearbox one short one long can't remember which is which but the auto one will not work with a manual flywheel. Where did you get the box reconed?. Allan
  12. Hi you should be able too rent a stone cutting chain saw but may be expensive,Best way is to cut off more than you need to and rebuild the wall end as a pier. So cut dowd each side chop off with bolster chisel and build up wall end tied into existing brickwork with long screws and plugs

    Mt75 Oil

Hi Nelmo. I think you will find that there are several oil vendors who sell special MT75 oil, I think if they go to that expence then it should be right. Regards Allan
  23. Hi Guys. Whilst surfing through the Locost Forum I came across this very cautionary Item,It concerns a Man who took the time to read the guidance notes issued by the relevant Authority's on the use of an "A" frame to move a car.But he fell foul of a Traffic Officer and the out come was very expensive and long lasting. Read his story on the Locost Forum under the IVA and Legal heading,So if your going towing think are you legal,As it would appear now to be very black or white, who is right? I personally think it is about time that all these complex and ambiguous traffic laws were brought up to date and are applied evenly all over the country. Go Carefully among the Traffic.
