  11. monocoque chassis, to be honest not sure which variant and the pictures are in my van ready to scan at work.... and cant find any of it on this pc will post the pics tomorrow

Not mine but one of the locals near me no longer able to drive as he cant get in or out of it i have know this car for several years and it is finished to a high standard throughout details below of what he has given me Robin Hood 2l pinto A285tfe original A reg- correctly registered as a robin hood Engine spec 2 l pinto bore 91.8mm comp ratio 10:5 unleaded valve seats with bronze valve guides, and bronze cam bearings. Cylinder head ported and polished inlet manifold has been matched to twin webber 40's Steel vernier, with pipercross air fliters cosworth head gasket Kent fr33 (fast road camshaft), kent springs and kent 1.8" inlet and 1.5" exhaust valves stainless 4 branch it made 156hp on Northampton motorsports rollers its got smiths gauges fitted imobiliser cosworth LSD rear end, and disk brakes all round ford type 9 box and a lockable boot £4250 or near offer pictures to follow, have only got hard copies so will need to take to work to scan if you message me, i can put you in touch with Terry

  16. there is a classic car meet at earls barton looks a better bet than tilbrook to be honest details below Are you joining us for the "Sunday Brunch Meet" - this week - 21st May? Classic Car and Bike Meet at Earls Barton, NN6 0HF (junction 10 off A45) Gates open at 9am to 1.30pm. Come and enjoy breakfast, and stay for lunch too! Bacon/sausage rolls, burgers, speciality coffee and cakes. Mid morning we will be joined by "The Fabulous Miss Jones" who will be singing a range of songs from Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Nina Simone, Amy Winehouse and many more songs to entertain you. Why not bring along your children? There will also be a bouncy castle raising money for Earls Barton Schools too!

    My engine builder mate rekons the same.. The pistons in a duratec are nothing special... Forged are the way to go buy Burton's want silly money for them
