  1. For Sale Robin Hood Polished Body Panels - inc. side panels, cockpit, rear petrol tank cover, rear light surrounds etc. good condition - will come up nice with a bit of elbow grease. various narrow and wide wheel arches (will need repainting) i prefer the skeletal look. £200 ono for the lot Collection only Snaith (Selby/Goole area)
  2. I've just bought a part-built RH 2B (wishbones) and I need to know a few things before I think about the possibility of IVA. 1. It has steel rear arches. Will these need replacing with GRP? I must admit they look a bit narrow for the wheels currently fitted. 2. Is there anything fundamentally wrong with the 2B design that need fixing before I even start any of the retrimming, as there are lots of sharp edges everywhere! Have I bitten off more than I can chew? I'll add pictures later. Thanks Willem
  3. I've got a IIIa with red fibreglass panels. Over the past couple of years I have noticed that black streaks are appearing mainly on the wings, but also on the nosecone. Polishing them does not appear to have any effect. The car is kept garaged (but unheated) and is therefore damp in winter. Has anyone else come across this problem or is it just me that has a case of the dreaded lurgy?? Any advice gratefully appreciated.
