    IVA amateur build status

    Morning, I have applied for an Test but have a problem because the kit was purchased in 1994 by an individual who passed away without finishing the job. I have no photos of the part build that he did. Being naive, I sent the copy of the kit purchase invoice to DVLA. They are asking me to prove his status as an amateur builder. Anyone made the same mistake? The kit was from Robin Hood.
