hello i am new to this site and would like to pick the vast amount of knowledge that you all have.

the suspension is cortina front and rear what can i do to stiffen it up as it seems fairly standard at present.

i need to do this as i have a 2.0 pinto with a stage 2 head and it is causing me a bit of sea sickness with the extra power.

i was maybe thinking some better shocks any thoughts???
