Hi Guys, I'm trying to make some sidescreens for my Exmo, I'm making them using 4mm polycarbonate and wondered what would be the best adhesive to stick sidescreen fabric to the polycarbonate

hi

not sure of what you have in mind regarding the frame for the lower half.

If you are using a welded flat bar stripframe as per r hood style you could glue the

fabric to the frame using spray glue and then bolt the frame to the polycarbonate with button head scews and nuts.

This will then be insurance against the glue failing

No doubt others will have ideas but this is what i would do.

Thanks for the idea Swan, but I want to have the sidescreen folding with the lower half made using flat bar and fabric.

you can use the flat bar frame and fabric method for the lower half but make it with an extra pocket at the top that has another piece of flat bar the length of the bottom of the polycarb inside it.

then drill and bolt them together, this will give you a good joint with the ability to fold
