Sceen Position

Hi all

Trying to determine where to fit the screen on a Superspec!

I do have a copy of both the 2B and Superspec videos.

No mention as far as I can find on the Superspec set of the position of the screen related to the demister holes where as on the 2B Richard talks about half an inch in front.

What have you guys who have fitted the screen done .. Half an inch seems a long way from wiper spindles based on the spacing between spindles and demister vents to me.

Any help greatly accepted

Really getting on now again still having problems with the knee when I need to get into tight corners but have had the seats in and getting in and out of the car no problem now where as six months ago could not bend the knee enough so failed, this improvement is spurring me on to get it finished.

Cheers

I positioned the screen on mine in accordance with the 2B videos, only to end up moving it when I fitted the sidescreens and hood. My advice would be don't fit the screen in isolation from the wet weather gear (assuming you have it); do both at the same time..... The position of the wet weather gear and angle of the windscreen will pretty much determine where the screen will end up. Mine ended up with the screen over the demist holes! I do have good head clearance for the weather gear though......
