Efi Bonnet Bulge?

Just wandering how people have got around this one?

I got a RH bonnet with the efi hole cut out and a F/glass infill other guys have cut the manifold down, see the NW site or do a search it's on the rhocar site somewhere

Mine is fibreglass, Used a baking tin as the mould. then let into the bonnet.

Of course , with the DOHC its on the other side of the car to the Pinto one.

I've just got a hole with the manifold poking out

 

Bit of titanfast around the edge of the hole to trim it, I like the exposed look personally............

 

p.s. you won't get though SVA like that though! If you're planning to take it off after SVA you can just fudge a cover quickly, doesn't need to be pretty!

mines similar to Dans but with a mesh grill covering the hole formed from the inside. see the photos in the garage. i no longer have efi so the hole now makes a good intake and hot air vent!

Easy, cut the plenum down. If you were a club member you would have the instructions as it was in the last Mag.
