Hi is it possible to change push in drive shaft ends to bolt on ends ? are the shafts and splines the same on all shafts? I may have found an LSD [no shafts] I believe the bolt on joints are available separatly and I don't want to have to mod swing arms to accomdate bolt on shafts etc .Can any one clear this for me ,awaiting replies mower man  :unknw: :good: :clapping:

It is possible to make up a shaft with a splined joint on the outer end and a Lobro joint on the inner end but you need the right combination of bits as the diameters and pitch of the splines on the actual shaft varies. From memory you need driveshafts from a diesel Sierra or a DOHC which had drums and push in shafts.

Failing that you can get the stub shafts from a car which had Lobro driveshafts and drum brakes - then you can fit a pair of Lobro driveshafts as normal.
