On the hunt for a new set of tyres for my 3a which is sat on 14" rims.

I've bought some nice 15" rims.

I've been offered some toyo T1RS 195/50/15s at a decent price.

Couple of quwstions.

Is this the correct size to look at?

Any1 used or tried this brand of tyre?

Thanks

Kev

Had them fitted to my FTO. very good in the dry and reasonable in the wet (fitted with race suspension which didn't help). From memory they were fairly soft so didn't last like others.

IMHO i think Toyo t1r's are great tyres, equally as goodyear eagle f1's (d3's) in the dry and better than f1's in the wet and about half the price!!!!!

what is your decent price?! as Camskill will do that size for £32 on nextday delivery.

Just my thoughts on them and as for the correct size use this tyre size calculator to help work it out

that seems decent, go for it you won't be disappointed.

Also i'm hoping that they will last a bit longer on a kitcar, seen as they are a fair bit lighter but i'm not gonna hold my breathe!!!

Mine have done 3K and no sign of any real wear yet, that includes the european trip last year.

Well pleased with them, not sure about the wet though.
