Rear Difuser

Hi, iv made a rear diffuser out of mdf as it was easy to get the shape for mocking it up, what material can i use to make it out of as a permanent. Don't really want to use metal as no welder and dont want it thin. I thought abut acrylic or polyethylene

Carbon fibre. Do u have a pic of what u've made? I'm interested in something for the rear too!

If you have mdf model try plastic vacuum moulding.
