Well, we had a great turn out on Thursday. Everyone voted for a trip out on Sunday. The weatherman says it's going to be the best day of the weekend.

 

Where are we going? We can decide tomorrow.

 

Bob R I know you are at work until 12 so we will wait for you at lunch time, expect a call on your mobile with details of the location.

 

Meet up at Witton Gilbert BP petrol station 11 am for the rest of us.

The weather was not as good as had been promised. So it was a blustery run over the tops to Middleton in Teesdale. Motorcycle police were on duty on the valley roads as a result of several bad bike accidents recently. The Strathmore Arms provided lunch. There had been a beer festival the night before including a rock band and campfire singalong. I could be mistaken. It may have been a Hells Angels Sacrificial Ceremony. A possible future Hoodies weekend venue?
