Brake Pipes

I bought one of those brake flaring kits, it's got good instructions on how to make the ends. I used P-clips every 200mm for bolting the lines to the chassis and got a nice curve by bending the lines round my leg :D

I also bought new screw fixings by taking the old Sierra ones into a car shop and asking for some nice shiny new ones. Practice on some old pipe first and you'll soon get the hang of it.

I was loaned a brake flaring kit without instructions. New pipe all made up and fitted. Brakes work and no leaks so I must have done it right. :D Thanks all the same.
