Hi,

 

I have read about them but I can't find them anywhere.

 

Does anyone know where I can find the plans to modify a standard pinto sump.

 

I have the sump and a local welder on standby - just need the destructions!

NW Hoodies site and search the threads for sump on this site, there are a couple of alternatives. If you have no luck e-mail me and i will try and send a copy.

Also let us know how much, the guys i asked wanted between £50 and £75 so i hav'nt been back....yet.

£50 - £75 is about right if he is going to do the whole job but if you do all the prep work you should be able to get the price down and as you see from the NW site it is not a hard job you only need a bit of steel about 18 - 20 swg for the side tank and a piece of 10 swg (3mm) for the base once it is all prepped it only takes about 15 to 20 minuets to weld up plus a couple of minutes to braze the filter back on to the shortened pickup pipe.
