I there anyone out there who may be able to guide me, I am just in the middle of swapping my rear beam and diff etc from Drum to Discs with LSD.

My question is do I still require the taper plates from my old beam to be fitted to the transplanted beam, the transplanted beam comes from a 1990 Sierra 4x4?

Assuming you mean the camber wedges then yes you do. Though the holes will need filing out if they are the same as the ones I have. The disk back end needs a larger hole than the drum one.

Excellent, that what I thought but did not want to do do any unnecessary work, it just I will feel better with them now that they are obviously needed.........Thanks again.
