My anti roll bar will not fit (24mm dia.)

 

Do I require 22mm or 28mm. (I've been looking at e-bay) If I go to scrapy sods law says I'll come back with the wrong one.

 

I do intend to fit tie bars but want to run with anti roll bar 1st

I'll have a look at mine tonight and check, I had no probs with the holes lining up. Mine came off an 86 1.8

Checked my anti-roll bar last night and it's 24mm.

As I said I managed to fit this ok but it does need a bit of brute force .

I've tried all the huffing and puffing bit.

 

It seems there could be different 24mm antiroll bars as well. My doner is 1989,

2.0 sohc.

I'm sure that when I got my kit, it was mentiond in either the video or on a piece of paper of the differences in the anti roll bars, baisicly, if you have the wrong one you can either make different mounts or get the correct one from a scrapy .
