well deal finally done. 'comfortably numb' now sold to new owner in cambridgeshire.............gonna miss it!!!

but... i'm still a fully paid up member of the club. so it wont go quiet yet.

thanks to all for help/hindrance over the past six years of ownership. lets hope new owner will join the group and have as much fun as i have done.
