Ebay Dispute

the postage cost him 46p i think, so he claims. His proof of postage, is a till receipt for a stamp, with my postcode written on the bottom.. As with anything I sell on ebay, I send it recorded delivery, which would have cost him 70p extra..

 

I emailed him back to tell him to issue a 'refund' from paypal not just make a payment (which your charged for receiving, refunds your not..), on top of that I have raised a refund dispute under paypal, so hopefully he will get the message..

Pleased that you got it sorted in the end Tak , you will just have to put it down to experance i suppose , but at least you didnt loose out and he got a flea in his ear .

These things are sent to try us and they certainly do at times .
