Hi Folks,

 

Just fitting the radiator at the moment and was wondering if anybody can tell me the best route / donar car for the bottom hose.

 

I've got the original fitted at the moment but think it will split when the engine is running and the engine mounts flexing??

 

Any help / sugestions are appreicated.

I took the original bottom hose, extended it using a length of 38mm o/d metal pipe (should that be 32mm? I can't remember), and then using another short length of hose to connect that to the radiator. It goes thermostat housing to coolant hose to metal pipe to short piece of hose to radiator. Photo's on my web site somewhere. I painted it blue and it's probably visable on anything with the alternator in shot.
