:boohoo: I've just just taken off my rocker cover to adjust the valve clearances, and my cam is completely knackered. Which cam have people found for the best, I what a more racy one.2.0 sohc pinto.Any help,thanks.simon.

Dont bother witha a 'stage 1' type of cam like - mild road. just go for a 280deg cam which will give more torque in the higher rpms..

AutoSprint Comp Engines in Birmingham do a load of different cams at very good prices..

 

 

Im selling a 2.0 Engine (205 block originally 2.0 Inj w/low miles) with an Autosprint 270deg 11mm lift cam,10.2:1 comperssionm#, flowed intake ports, high flow valves & 3 angle seats, weber DGV carb, Earls Oil cooler + mocal take-off plate. the engines been fully de-greased and painted up. albeit no dizzy, flywheel/clutch or fuel pump -otherwise complete.
