I recently saw an ad for "Kit Cars and the Law, 7th Ed" published by KitCar magazine. Is this any good, is it worth £12 (£10+£2 p&p)?

I found it not worth the money, it's in its 3rd or fourth print run and is not completely upto date, the SVA manual can be downloaded and is the one you want.

The regs change next year but not by much as i understand.

Totally agree the download SVA manual although not 100% is a must. At my SVA last Monday Dave the tester explained what he was doing based on the manual sections so at least I felt I knew what was going on..

 

Load it down and enjoy.

I have fallowed the guide . But from what the other guys are saying i would not bother i can let you know on thursday as i have my sva and have done a lot of work based on it and now wish i had asked the same question !!

I have the 6th and 7th edition and they are almost exactly the same.

The guide is only about 10 pages long the rest is just filled with genral mag stuff.
