Should I have got these for the donor car or do I need to buy them and if so where.

I damaged mine getting it out of the sierra so picked one up from one of the shows from GBS they are on their web site here

part no of the bearing should be SLFL25

I went down the bearing route, but in case you dont this is the cheapest I can find on eBay at the moment:-
