HI all, thanks for all the help, as you have guessed i put the speedo figures round the wrong way! I think you got gist of it though. Putting a slightly smaller tyre should drop the speed to required level according to the webb site. The kitchen scourers certainly works well, i've tried it. Off out to garage now to finish the other bits, will keep you posted on progress, regards all Rob.
