Yes still looks like u have fitted them a little bit too high, but not worth moving now.

you don't seem to have enough *land* above the wheel arch, you'll need it for the press-studs for your hood.

Hmmm. I'd disagree. They're in the same place as mine and lots of others I've seen, including those on the videos. The gap actually looks a lot better in these newer photos than it does in the first one. Have you adjusted the ride height? Anyhow, looks fine to me. Better than fine in fact, looks perfect!

They were all taken from that angle - 18 months of building a Robin Hood has knackered my back and knees so much that I can't bend over to wheel-arch height anymore
