Have the chance of replacing my 1800cvh with a 1.6 zetec from an escort mk v. anyboody know if this would be a simple transplant or will i neen a difrent belhousing for the gearbox.

same bell housing , same engine mounts , if fitting in a zero you cant use the injection system as it wont fit in the engine bay

not zero but lightwieght same panels so need to invest in some bike carbs

bike carbs and ignition system , ignition system seems cheaper to buy from america (autosport labs) do a reasonably prices megajolt system
