Side Panels 2b

hi, i have purchased a part built 2b model, having watching the video in bits and bats, i have come to the conclusion that my side body panels aren't exactly like the ones shown on the video and seem to have a lot more work required to make them fit

I am looking at tips for someone who has done this before so i don't make any expensive errors

any help will be gratefully appreciated

You will find a really good piece on fitting the side panels on NW RHOCAR PANEL FITTING. I followed this info when replacing my side panels with no major issues. Good Luck

When i push mine upto front wishbone as video states, it is too tight and doesn't go right to the back wheels, it is as though they are too short, but there is also a piece which goes to the front which fits over the steering etc, just doesn't seem same as video shows, was thinking of measuring and getting a piece of ally and making one continous piece??
