Bonnet Catches

Can any body recommend a good quaility bonnet catch that will not break or pop off when driving along?

 

I was thinking of using the ones that you can put R clips in to stop them from coming off.

For IVA you need either recessed ones with no sharp edges or the stretchy rubber ones.

I can recommend the rubber ones, been on our car now for 6 years without any problems.

 

Passed SVA without question in 2003, so should do IVA.

I've used the locking version of these

I'm hoping they are IVA proof, can't see any reason why not and they, obviously, act as locks on the bonnet.

Presuming being an Exmo it is pre-sva etc like mine, I changed from the protex standard to a protex safety with hole for extra pin.
