I am already in the process of building one of these kits, for the valves try www.betavalve.com my freind has just bought one as a sample to see if they are suitable so will report back on the sucess rate, but they are only about £20 each. I would be interested in knowing a good place to get the cylinder valve from, I am using a CO2 fire extinguisher. Be warned if you want cheap nitrous the best place I have found is Linde gas although you do have to hire a cylinder(only worthwhile if used alot)
