You should have been supplied with a white cable.

One end goes into the phone and the other goes into a spare USB port on your PC.

Either sync with what the PC suggests or use iTunes.

download an app called "wifi photo".

 

Step 1 - run the app

Step 2 - select the pictures you want to download

Step 3 - open your internet browser at the http address the iphone gives you

Step 4 - view the pictures on the PC, or download all the pictures in a zip file.

 

You need a wireless pc/laptop to do this. Its better than that iphone cable rubbish, plus any PC can view the pictures when the program runs, you dont have to sync to new pc :)
