Assistance Required Please

Dear Team,

Could I request some assistance, I've redone my dashboard & I allegedly labeled all the wires when I removed it but, now when I come to replace them I'm having a bit of bother (in fact its doing my head in!).What I really need is a little encouragement as I'm missing this good weather & its very fustrating. I'm in the Leeds 17 area & I can supply biscuits & brews!

I live in hambleton about 15 miles away, so if you want ill pop over one evening dont know how much help ill be but will pop over if you need a hand.

I don't know whether I've upset a live feed somewhere as I don't get any movement on the fuel guage,voltmeter,temperature guage, you'd expect a slight flicker from these when you turn the ignition on. I haven't totally put the steering column back together as I need to reach behind the dashboard but the main beam will work on the flasher switch but not on the normal stalk. The hazard warning lights don't work but this maybe a symptom of the fact that I've spliced the dash indicator lights into the side indicator lights wiring & left the existing wiring unattached.

Any advice or help would be gratfully accepted!

Hi mate

Have you checked that all the earths are on.

check the fuses.Not sure but I think the indicator stalk earths when it is bolted to the steering columb.
