Hi everyone ive just bought a robin hood 2b im looking forward to going to a few meetings to get some iteas and tips for improving the car im in the north east area.

The car itself is not a bad build but would like to change a few things overtime the first thing would be to fit some seat runners the seats are corbeau's (any advice would be apprecited) as i need to strech to get the pedel to the floor.

Thanks Adam

Hi Adam

Welcome to the madness!!

Congrats on your purchase!! there is always lots of helpful advice available on the site .... We also get together the last weds of the month at the curch mouse in chester -le- street to kick tyres and drink whatever the barmaid is serving...

seat runners are a simple mod .... here is a link to the ones that should fit your seats

fitting them is simple with a few nuts and bolts and possibly a little drilling .....

hope this helps and look forward to seeing you at the next meeting... if you need any help before that send me a PM and i'll help where i can

cheers

Chris

Hi Adam

You might want to look at Car Builder Solutions, they supply a good variety of runners, I found the best type to be the ones where both runners are linked to avoid the seat twisting and jamming when adjusting.

Look at pages 152 & 153 in their catalogue

Good luck and welcome to the mad house.
