Iva And Dashboard

Ive just recieved my new fibre glass dash panel so ive had a bit of a redesign of the dash. I just wanted to make sure my plans for the dash were IVA proof. ive done the following drawing of how i want to do the dash (apologies for the quality) basically reading the IVA manual (if ive understood it propperly) the area behind the steering wheel is exempt from the radius ball. as im using the Acewell digidash it protudes from the surface of the dash quite far(2-3 cm...its quite thick) so i am going to mount it behind the steering wheel in the Exempt zone. the horn, fog and lambda guage are pretty flush and have no sharp edges so they should be ok for IVA. i have attached a jpeg ive done in paint to try to illustrate this. any thoughts?
