The only advise about fitting it you will need is, if you can afford it, do it.

Other than that, what advice were you looking for?

Hi Tim

My concern is, that my Mems ecu is giving engine emmisions to close to the MOT limit, and I was Not sure if the emerald would give me any gain/adjustment (even if only by them). I Know that they work very well on the ford engine.But have not heard any reports on the Rover Engine.

sounds like the common lambda sensor issue, any rover superspeccers want to come to the rescue?

 

If that is the case, it'll solve your emissions problem without having to buy a new ecu.
