hi all goint to fit the number plate light, i would like to fit it to the left of the spare wheel, (spare wheel not fitted and will not be fitted till after the test), will it pass the test with this location, is there any specific height off the floor or edge of the car it has to be,

also wiring the light can i just wire it off the back light so when the lights turn on it turns the number plate light on,
