Hi,

 

Via the magazine (CKC) I have had a few queries about fitting bike carbs to car engines, the Pinto and Zetec in particular.

 

We have decided to cover the more fully topic in an article and would like to feature both professional and DIY conversions.

 

Is there anyone in the North East of the country who has had this conversion done or done it themselves and would be willing to assist me with photos and/or information?

I have a pinto on zx9r carbs and a mate has Suzuki 1300 carbs on his st170 zetec. Both are in escorts. I am currently fitting zx-6r throttle bodies onto a zetec and running it on a home made loom and a mk5 rs2000 ecu.
