I have three kits one registered 1971 using the 1971 parts the other two are 1979 and 1980 registered so its not as if i have an axe to grind. but i plan a newer engine in the 1979 car and don't see why it should qualify for tax exemption with modern running gear just because its numberplate says it is 32 years old.....
