Morning all,

I dont often post on here but do check in for the good info. Just thought I'd let you fellow builders know that Im doing the rear panel on my Zero today. For those who have done it, wish me luck!!

I was in the factory this week and got some good advice and tips, also Simon (the main man in workshop) gave me some templates which allow lining up and drilling much easier.

I will post again tonight once its done. Hopefully.

Have a good day, Andy

Good luck with it Andy. It is not actually as daunting a task as it first appears. Just take your time and it will be fine. Be prepared to fit it, remove it, fit it, remove it etc as you tweak things. Also bear in mind that the support stays may not quite be in the right place and may need tweaking upwards. Have a look at Shaft's build as he explains the rear panel fitting really well.
