Full Metal Challenge

Has anyone seen Full Metal Challenge on channel 4. 27 teams were given the equivalent of $3000 and a month to build a vehicle which would be put through some tests, but they weren't told what the tests were going to be. So far, they've been 10 pin bowling (as the ball!), sumo wrestling each other, and driving round a huge roller coaster track.

 

These guys have built some monster machines, but I don't think they'd get past SVA!

 

It's on Channel 4 on a Sunday evening at 17:30 (well, the last one was!) and it's definitely worth watching (even if it's just to see Henry Rollins presenting it (ex-US hardcore group Black Flag singer)!)

I keep meaning to watch that but I've not got round to it yet.

 

I have been watching Dream Machines though - can't believe they actually give those cars away. Mind you, they must make a packet from people phoning in.

 

I bet they couldn't fit making a 2B into a half hour episode
