Has anybody got any pics or how to's on their build blog for fitting the weather gear and window wiper motor on the zero?

I do have weather gear, but I didn't fit it, I got GBS to fit it for me after the IVA. There is something in the blog about fitting the wiper motor.

cheers mate, i will have a look, to be honest for the wet weather gear i would really like a pic of where the brackets go that hold up the good, (the things that look like they have come off a deck char) and are used to tension the hood! im sure the brackets go on the crescent panels somewhere! but where i do not know!

I am happy to take some pictures for you over the weekend if it will help, just let me know. It might be a useful addition to the blog anyway and the weather looks like I might not be driving it much!!

Hi there,

 

I recently fitted the weather gear to my Zero. Its not as intimidating as I thought it would be, but two things are needed.

1. Nice warm weather so that the hood is supple which helps when fitting (unlikely with a Bank holiday this week-end)

2. A willing helper. Its much better having an extra pair of hands.
