Which Centre?

Time to book SVA, I'm in surrey so my nearest station is Mitcham. I've heard that Gillingham in Kent is a fair environment to take a 7 to. Anybody have any knowledge about either?

I used Gillingham in April and apart from a few minor fail points

passed ok on the retest,the retest by the way was a matter of checking

the failed items,this was done in the car park,took ten minutes,the Guy then went

away and did the paper work,...job done.

Another factor is that Caterham cars use Gillingham rather than Mitcham,

I wonder why?????

 

Another reason to use Gillingham ,as I found ,is that you may find it less

stressful driving round the M25 (eastbound traffic in the morning is not to bad)

rather than trying to negotiate commuter traffic towards London and Croydon itself

in Walderslade (chatham)

 

I Would love to meet up for a few minutes to see your SS on the road and take a few pics of the engine etc to help me build mine if you don't mind.
