Sealed Beam Headlamps

Mine say Wagner Sealed Beam on them (presume they are standard RHE).

Anyone know where I can get one near to Bexley or mail order as the dipped beam has just gone in one of mine! (must be the unit as everything else works ok..)

Sounds like an ideal opportunity to fit halogens to me!

The are standard mini sealed beam unit any good motor factors will have them in stock.

So Mini Halogens then?? I had noticed the sealed beams were crap! Can I get the Halogens from a motor factor too??

There are loads of places selling them on the net.

Here is one place selling them for £11 If you look around you might save yourself a couple of quid more, Or if you can wait for a show we paid £20 total for ours then you could sell your spare serviceable light on the RHOCAR stand whilst you are at it

i got my halogens for £22 off ebay from a mini specialists only took 1/4 hour to change them both over link

Europa do them too - listed as budget halogen headlamps. they're about a tenner each + VAT etc.

I converted to EUROPA halogens last year - haven't looked back since...... I mounted them forwards of course !

Still not brilliant visibility on dip (but I am short-arse and I can only just see the end of the bonnet at the best of times ; bloody magic on main beam though.

you could of course fit rally bulbs in them

Halogens ordered - just standard bulbs, the double power jobs seem a bit OTT. Not sure they are road legal either..
