so still plodding along with the car and i think we are nearly ready for the MOT apart from 1 old owner error we have found which we hope should be the last

 

so we got all electric working apart from

dip beam

forward push on stalk for main beam

 

we traced wires and crap everywhere and eventually 1 call to a guy and we think the previous owner put a wrong stalk on from a mk2 and it a looks similar and fits but it dnt work the same

 

then later on i happened to find a broken mk1 stalk under the seat so fingers crossed it be motd next week
