Headlight Wiring

Just a quick question about the route to take with the headlight wiring should it go through the top wishbone or over?? Do you need to shorten the screwed bolt for clearance??

 

As always any help is appreciated..

Here's how I've done mine

Cables run through flexible conduit,which is good fit onto threaded tube this is held out of the way of wishbone by P-clip.

That's exactly the same as mine too, spooky as I did not see that on anyones car before!!

Quite a few people use the chrome flexible cover from shower attachments if you don't want black or grey.

Peter, I did see this and have now butchered our shower. I thought you used the ends for a cupboard rail to finish the fitting to the side panel - the smallest rail holder I cound find was 19mm and the shower hose is about 15mm - is there another way to finish off???

chrome pipe trims from plumbers merchants come in 15 and 22 mm to dress up pipe work where it passes through walls or floors, might be what you are looking for

we use that steve

ours are made out of flexy metal plumbing stuff which comes out the back of the head light.
