Doe's anyone know of a online version of the SVA manual?

You could try this LINK to the draft 2004 manual.

It's a pdf file - so you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I've no idea if it is yet current - however looking at it most of the differences appear to be aimed at imported cars.

And if you want to print it out have plenty of paper handy
