Small Video Camera?

looking for the cheapest way to get video from where i am onto the computer

small video or camera that takes videos with sound?

doesnt have to be good quality, just about 320x240 so we can put it on the net

any ideas? and how much?

Got mine off E-bay. Under £100 inc. postage. Takes video with sound, and stills.

It's made by a company called "Trust".

Only thing wrong with it is you can't zoom in on video(or out)

Maplin's do one, I think it's called a DV2020 or something like that. It cost £99 and is amazing. 640x480 res, MPEG4 and 25 (or 30, can't remember)fps. The video looks good on a TV, on a computer monitor you can see a little bit of blockyness in fine detail. The quality isn't quite up to that of a 'proper' DV camcorder, but it's damn close for about a quarter the money. Plus it takes 3M pixel stills (with flash), has a zoom (you can use while videoing) and is really small. The sounds pretty good too.

P.S It plays MP3s too!

got it today

very impressed apart from the fact that it feels easiest to hold it with your finger over the lens

 

and this ones an mp3 player too

 

may need somewhere to host videos soon
