4 x Ford Escort/Orion 14" Pepperpot Alloys. In good condition for age but by no means perfect. 185 60 or 65 (can't remember) R14 tyres. All legal, 2 matched, 2 not matched & one is getting close to the mark (5k left in it I reckon..) £50 ono

Webber twin 40's. No linkages or manifold. will need a re-build & top cap missing. £200 ono

2.1 Pinto, not running (believe oil seal has gone & contaminated clutch but not sure. This came from a modified RS 2000.

205 block 2.1. Big Valve head, polished etc supposedly stage 3. Supposedly 165bhp with the 40's. Dizzy is there, come take a look. £200 including Alloy sump & pickup pipe.

Haven't opened this engine so cannot guarantee it's condition or whether it has all the mods we were told it had. You're welcome to come & take off head etc to find out!! :) One more point - not sure if the head is unleaded....

Oil cooler & sandwich plate to fit pinto. Approx 7 rows, measure about 10" by 5" from memory, can confirm if anyone's interested. £40

salty,

ive looked at many sets of carbs weber and dellorto's-40 and 45's

on e-bay and other rally sites and most tend to go for about

£120/£180 for 40's with linkages/trumpets and or manifolds

upto £300+ for 45's complete.

i just got my 40 dellorto's from GERMANY (ebay) for £68 ;)

so you could say they are a bit pricey but there yours and you charge what you think !

only my opinion cheers duncan :D

I sold a set of 40s with linkage, manifold & air filters complete and ready to run for £60 to a rhocar member because i thought this site is to help other robin hood owners find a bargain, so going back to the price your offering i also think they are a bit over priced, maybe if you lowered your price to a bargain price they might sell a bit quicker.

The engine is clean and painted, just needs puting back together, now need an engine management system. Im thinking about megajolt lite, should be good for a laugh as the pcb comes in component form and I dont know the difference between a throttle pot and a coffee pot  but its cheep :)
